• Remote – If you're unable to visit, we can collect your piece locally or deliver your work to our studio.We will arrange a video consultation to help you choose the ideal frame.

Our team will help you choose the best combination to enhance and protect your artwork. For urgent projects, same-day service is available using our prefinished frames. Whether it's paper, canvas, ceramic, or something unique, we frame it with expert care.

After selecting your frame and mount, we carefully assemble your piece by hand in our studio, ensuring every detail is finished to the highest standard — including protective backing and secure hanging.

To protect and enhance your artwork, we offer two glazing options:

• Standard float glass – clear and durable for everyday use
  
• Laminated or diffused glass – for added protection and a softer appearance

We also provide a variety of fixings and hanging options, tailored to your needs. For clients in Jingdezhen, we can assist with on-site installation. For others, we provide clear guidance and hardware to ensure secure, professional results.

Once complete, your frame is carefully packaged for pickup or delivery. Local clients can collect from our Jingdezhen studio or request in-town delivery. For regional and international orders, we provide secure packaging and tracked shipping to ensure safe arrival.
